How do I claim my items after purchase?

After completing your purchase, follow these simple steps:

  1. Enter your username - Provide your correct Roblox username
  2. Add our bot - Accept the friend request
  3. Join the server - Join the private server link

My order isn’t showing up on the claim page.

Order not found can happen due to a few reasons:

  • Manual Delivery Required – Items like Aquatic Index, Radioactive Index, or anything tagged “Manual Delivery” are delivered by a staff member. Just send your username and order number in live chat and we’ll deliver it 24/7.
  • System Maintenance – Sometimes Roblox or the game updates, and we have to pause the system for a bit. If you’re unsure, just message support and we’ll let you know if maintenance is happening.
  • Claim link expired – In very rare cases you might need to generate a new claim link. Simply go to http://claim.buyblox.gg/, enter your order number and email, and it’ll generate it for you!
The bot is taking forever to give my items.

Sometimes a lot of people claim at the same time, and you get put in a queue. When the people before you finish their orders, it becomes your turn and the bot or site will let you in. In very rare cases, if you lost connection during the process, you might need to refresh the claim page or rejoin the game to get back in the queue.

It’s not letting me join the bot’s game.

You do not have permission to join this experience (also known as Roblox Error Code 524) usually happens because of your account’s privacy settings or because the game you’re trying to join is a private server that requires entry through private server link.

Make sure you’ve added the bot as a friend. Just send it a friend request, then go back to the claim page and click “I’ve sent a friend request” — it will accept you instantly!

Especially if your account is under 13, you must add the bot as a friend before joining the private server, otherwise it won’t let you in due to Roblox restrictions.

For Steal A Brainrot, since orders are exclusive and handled one player at a time to prevent others from stealing, you must join the bot’s server using the private link on the claim page, not through the Roblox website.

The bot isn’t adding me back.

If the bot won’t accept your friend request, it’s usually because of one of these reasons:

  1. Wrong Roblox account – You might be using a different Roblox account than the one you entered on the claim page. Switch to the correct account and try again.
  2. Wrong bot added – Make sure you’re adding the correct bot shown on the claim page.
  3. Bot is handling multiple requests – In rare cases, the bot is accepting several friend requests at once. Roblox limits how many it can accept, so you may need to wait a few minutes.
Can I get a refund?

If we fail to deliver your items within 24 hours, you are eligible to request an instant refund. Please keep in mind that if your order was already delivered and completed, we cannot offer a refund. refunds are only available for orders that were never claimed.

Why am I seeing a "Card Declined" error message?

If you received the error "Your card was declined. Try again or use a different payment method," it usually means your bank or card issuer has stopped the transaction. This is rarely an issue with our website itself. Common reasons for this include:

  • Incorrect Information: A typo in the card number, CVV (security code), or expiration date.
  • Billing Address Mismatch: The zip/postal code you entered does not match the one your bank has on file.
  • Bank Security Flag: Banks sometimes flag online purchases for digital goods as "unusual activity" to protect you.
  • Insufficient Funds: The account may not have enough balance to cover the total.

My card has funds, but it still isn't working. What should I do?
If you are sure you have the funds and entered the numbers correctly, please call your bank. Since buyblox.gg processes digital transactions, banks sometimes block them automatically as a safety precaution. A quick call to your bank to authorize the transaction usually fixes this instantly. You can then try the purchase again immediately.
Does my Billing Address matter?
Yes. Our payment processor uses strict security checks to prevent fraud. Please ensure that the Billing Address you enter at checkout matches the address where your credit card statement is sent. If these do not match, the payment will be declined even if the card is valid.
Do you accept Prepaid Cards (e.g., Visa Gift Cards)?
Many prepaid cards have restrictions on "international" or "digital" purchases. If you are using a prepaid card and it is being declined, you may need to register the card on the issuer's website with your name and address first, so it passes our address verification checks.
I tried multiple times and now I see "Pending" charges on my statement.
If your card was declined but you see a charge on your bank statement, do not worry. This is a "pending authorization" or a "hold." Because the transaction failed on our end, we have not taken your money. Your bank is simply holding the funds temporarily. These pending charges will drop off automatically (usually within 1–3 business days) and the money will return to your available balance.
