The Scarecrow Cat is a limited ultra-rare pet in Adopt Me! that was released on October 19, 2023, as part of the Halloween Event (2023). It can be obtained through a Scarecrow Box. As the event has ended, it is now only obtainable through trading or by opening any remaining Scarecrow Boxes.
